Disputing Outcomes

Our drawing process leverages Ethereum's blockchain for complete transparency and fairness. Every outcome is verifiable and immutable, ensuring that results cannot be manipulated.

Valid Dispute Reasons

Incorrect encrypted server seed

When the server seed is released (once drawn), if encrypting it doesn't match the released encrypted server seed, the draw has been compromised.

Ethereum block hash mismatch

Once drawn, we release the selected block number and hash. If the block hash for the the number don't match, then something could be wrong. This, however, might be caused by the way blockchains operate (e.g. due to a blockchain reorg). Zultifree will always commit to the hash of the block selected at time of draw, even if it changes afterwards.

Winning numbers not matching

Winning numbers are determined in a provably fair manner using the server seed and block hash. If these are found to not produce the provided numbers then the draw has been compromised.
